Description

Good early lodestone, with its brass-bound natural magnetite stone and iron pole pieces. It has a brass suspension ring, twin portals, decorative shaping to the caps, and floral wreath engraving to two sides. The stone retains considerable magnetism, and there is an associate keeper with tassel.
