Description

2 ste edition after the latin addition of the same year. The oldest decorative world map that’s obtainable. Map shows 12 wind heads, shows the three sons of Noah, and seven mythology races of mankind. With 14 more on verso. From the German edition of which only 343 intact copies exist. Last great world map published which predates Columbus’s voyages Indian Ocean still shown landlocked. Columbus arrived in Bahama’s in 12/10/1492 (and 1498 mainland of south America).
